○ ・We are looking for short-term rentals with furniture and appliances. Please leave everything to us, from the contract procedures to handing over the keys and follow-ups during your stay.

・The rent includes water, electricity, and gas fees and internet usage fees.

・Available on a daily basis. (Rent: 3,500 yen/day, management fee: 700 yen/day) *Year-end and New Year's holiday fee [12/25-1/5] 700 yen/day separately

・Furniture and appliance usage fees will be charged separately. (Furniture and appliance usage fee: 700 yen/day)

・Only in rooms with air conditioners, summer air conditioning fees will be charged from July to September, and winter heating fees will be charged from November to May. (Air conditioning fee: 700 yen/day)
