This land comes with a cottage located in front of Hirafu Station in Kutchan Town.
The cottage is a self-build log house made by Tobex.
You can get a panoramic view of Mt. Annupuri from in front of the cottage, and with the train running right in front, it is very picturesque in the summer.
It is also close to the ski resort so you can enjoy activities all year round.
