Other Expenses

○ ・We are looking for short-term rentals with furniture and appliances. Please leave everything to us, from the contract procedures to handing over the keys and follow-ups during your stay.

・After the contract is concluded, we will pay you 10% of the rent as an introduction fee. (Individual kickback possible)

○ [Furniture and appliances installed] TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, IH cooking heater, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, table, sofa, 1 double bed, 1 extra bedding (single)
[Equipment] Cooking utensils, tableware, bath towels, face towels, detergents, other consumables (toilet paper, tissues, etc.)
・Utilities and internet fees are included in the rent.
・Rent: 3,000 yen/day (※Rent unit price will change if used for less than 30 days.) Management fee: 700 yen/day *Seasonal fee [July-August] 700 yen/day *Year-end and New Year's fee [12/25-1/5] 700 yen/day
・Furniture and appliance usage fee will be charged separately. (Furniture and appliance usage fee: 700 yen/day)
・Only rooms with air conditioners will be charged separately for summer cooling fees from July to September and winter heating fees from November to May. (Air conditioning fee: 700 yen/day)
