Lumine Kiba Park is located in Miyoshi 4-chome, Koto Ward,
and at the time of sale, the nearest station was Kiba Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, 17-minute walk away.
But, after the subdivision, the Toei Oedo Line and Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line opened, and Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station is now 10-minute walk away.
There are mid-sized supermarkets and drug stores near the station.
From Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station, go to Kiyosubashi Dori, walk east, turn right at the corner where the elementary school is,
you will see Motokaga Park, and beyond that you will see an apartment building on the right.
Lumine Kiba Park was completed in December 1981.
The building is a 6-story steel-framed reinforced concrete building (partially reinforced concrete), with a total of 28 units.
The exterior walls are white, but there are shops on the lower floors, which are covered in brown tiles.
The area around the entrance is also covered in brown tiles and low-lying plants, creating a gentle welcome for residents and visitors.
There is not much traffic on the road in front of the apartment, and there is a relatively wide sidewalk,
so even if you have small children, you will feel safe.
