・Usage management fee: 2,000 yen (per adult per night, per use)
*From the fourth night onwards, 1,000 yen (per adult per night)

・Repair reserve fund: 20% of the usage management fee will be set aside.

Remark

[About indoor equipment]
The property was originally sold with furniture and appliances, so when you sell it, it is possible to take over the equipment as is, and we can also discuss removing some of it.
The owner's daily living items and personal belongings will be removed.
[About utility fees]
The management association will not charge you separately for electricity, water, heating, etc.
[About usage and management fees]
Basically, these fees are settled at the front desk when guests check out.
Some people pay at the time, while others pay a fee that the management association bills them at a later date.
The management association will set aside 20% of the fees paid as a repair reserve fund.
